摘要
[目的]研究壳寡糖及其稀土离子金属配合物对黄瓜幼苗的生长促进作用。[方法]合成了壳寡糖和稀土离子La(Ⅲ)、Ce(Ⅲ)的配合物,利用FT-IR、UV-Vis对配合物进行表征,研究壳寡糖及其配合物对黄瓜幼苗的生长促进作用。[结果]壳寡糖稀土配合物对黄瓜幼苗的生长促进作用较壳寡糖显著提高。[结论]其对黄瓜幼苗的生长促进作用为Ce(Ⅲ)配合物>La(Ⅲ)配合物>壳寡糖。
[Aims] The effect on growth-promoting on cucumber seedlings of hitooligosaccharides and chituoligosaccharides-RE(III) were studied. [Methods] Chitooligosaccharides and chitooligosaccharides-La(III), Ce(III) were synthesized and characterized by FT-IR, UV-Vis spectra. The growth-promoting effect on cucumber seedlings of chitooligosaccharides and chitooligosaccharides-RE(III) were investigated. [Results] The growth-promoting activity of chitooligosaccharides-RE(III) is much higher than that of chitooligosaccharides. [Conclusions] The growth-promoting activity on cucumber seedlings of the complexes is Ce(III)〉La(III) 〉 chitooligosaccharides.
