Determination Residues of Rimsulfuron and Atrazine in Maize by GPC-GC-MS

摘要 【目的】建立在线GPC—GC—MS测定玉米中砜嘧磺隆和莠去津农药残留的分析方法。【方法】样品经乙腈-水(体积tP,50:50)震荡提取后,Florisil固相萃取小柱净化,采用在线GPC—GC—MS进行测定,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。【结果】在该条件下,砜嘧磺隆和莠去津最小检出质量分数分别为0.05、0.01mg/kg。砜嘧磺隆添加回收率为112.22%~118.04%,相对标准偏差为3.38%-17.01%;莠去津平均回收率为84.36%2-95.98%,相对标准偏差为6.94%-15.37%。【结论】建立了一套快速、灵敏的玉米中砜嘧磺隆和莠去津残留气相色谱-质谱检测方法。 [Aims] An analytical method for the determination of rimsulfuron and atrazine pesticide residues in maize by GPC-GC-MS was established. [Methods] The samples were extracted by acetonitrile : water (50 : 50, by vol), cleaned up by Florisil column, determined by GPC-GC-MS. The retention times were used for qualitative analysis, and the external standard method was used for quantitative analysis. [Results] The minimum determination concentration of rimsulfuron and atrazine was 0.05 and 0.01 mg/kg respectively, the average recovery rate of rimsulfuron was 112.22-118.04% with the relative standard deviation of 3.38-17.01%, the average recovery rate of atrazine was 84.36-95.98% with the relative standard deviation of 6.94-15.37%. [Conclusions] The method was fast, sensitive, which was suitable for detecting the residues of rimsulfuron and atrazine in maize.
