新型杀菌剂氟吡菌胺室内杀菌活性

Study on the Fungicidal Activity of Novel Fungicide Fluopicolide

[目的]氟吡菌胺是拜耳公司开发的一种新型吡啶酰胺类杀菌剂,对卵菌纲病原菌引起的病害如霜霉病和疫病等具有良好的防治效果。[方法]采用常规生测方法研究了氟吡菌胺对马铃薯晚疫病和黄瓜霜霉病的室内杀菌活性。[结果]氟吡菌胺对马铃薯晚疫病和黄瓜霜霉病具有优异的防治效果。其EC50值分别为0.02、2.99 mg/L,防治效果优于对照药剂嘧菌酯。

[Aims] Fluopicolide, a novel pyridine amide fungicide developed by Bayer, has good control effect against the diseases caused by oomycete pathogens such as downy mildew and blight. [Methods] Using standard bioassay techniques, the fungicidal activities of fluopicolide to potato late blight and cucumber downy mildew were studied in this paper. [Results] The results showed that fluopicollde had excellent activity against potato late blight and cucumber downy mildew with EC50 values of 0.02 and 2.99 mg/L, respectively, superior to azoxystrobin.
