摘要
突发事件舆论引导状况直接影响事件有效处置。分析高校突发事件舆论在主体、客体和载体等方面呈现的特殊状态,从舆论爆发、持续和消失等环节探寻其生成演变规律,构建引导管理体系,有利于提升高校突发事件舆论引导的针对性和实效性,确保高校和社会的和谐稳定。
Guidance of public opinions on emergencies directly influences whether the event is effectively disposed or not.
