高职院校教师开展行动研究的意义与路径 被引量:3

The Meaning and Exploration of the Path of Teacher Action Research in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 行动研究是实际工作者为了提高实践的合理性和科学性而采取的一种研究范式。"为行动而研究,由行动者研究,在行动中研究"的行动研究基本理念,与高等职业教育对于教师在观念与素质上的要求具有很强的契合性。高职教师开展行动研究是应为和可为的。高职教师行动研究的基本路径可以归结为:确立"实践-理论-实践"研究观,进行"计划-行动-观察-反思"的螺旋式上升的循环探究。开展行动研究,是有助于高职教师个体"双师素质"培养和高职教师队伍"双师结构"形成的一种值得导入和推广的新举措。 Action research is one of research paradigm which can help researchers improve the rationality and Scientific standards of practice. The concept of "research for action, research by actors, research in action" has the very strong compatibility with the quality requirements on higher vocational teachers. This kind of action research is necessary and feasible. The basic path of higher vocational teachers' action research can be attributed to the establishment of research view of "practice - theory - practice", and the exploration of the research spiraling circulation of "plan - action - observation - reflection on". Action research is one helpful new measure that can construct the "double quality" and form the "double structure" of higher vocational teachers.
