当前地勘单位面临的形势与应对策略探讨

A Discussion on Current Situation Confronted by Geological Exploration Institutions and Coping Strategies

受欧债危机影响,全球经济疲软,致使矿业产业链条最前端的地勘经济呈现出不景气迹象。地勘单位应该正视资金链过于紧张、施工项目严重萎缩、利润下滑、人员不稳定性增强等不利因素,从产业升级、产业转移、行业整合、企业变革、政策转型等五个方面制定短期以及长期的应对策略。短期应从减少投资、控制风险、保证现金流、加强内控、加强计划性等方面着眼;长期应坚持找矿立功、加快改革、采用适度的扩张策略、提高决策能力俄及水平、资本运营、认识经济规律等几方面从被动应对到主动适应,从危机中寻找机会,在生存中求发展。

Impacted by the European debt crisis, the global economy has been slugging, and made the geological exploration economy, the frontline of mining industry, sliding into the depths of a recession. The geological exploration institutions should contemplate those unfavorable factors, such as tense capital chains, largely decreasing projects under operation, drop in profit, high labor turnover rate, etc. thus should draw up short term and long term coping strategies from five aspects： industrial upgrade, industrial transfer, industrial integration, enterprise reform and policy transformation. The short term coping strategies should focus on disinvestment, risk controlling, cash flow ensuring, internal control strengthening and plan improving, etc. The long term coping strategies should focus on the prospecting meritorious services, accelerating the reform, adopting appropriate expansion strategies, improving the abilities of decision-making, capital management and understanding the economic laws. The geological exploration institutions should transform from coping passively to adapting actively, look for opportunities from crisis and develop in crisis.
