摘要
在弱酸性介质中,铂族元素的存在可以加速无色荧光素向强荧光的荧光素的转变,本文探讨了利用该性质荧光法测定铂族元素的可能性。沸水浴中加热反应10min,除锇之外,其余5种铂族元素均可测定,且有较高的测定灵敏度(特别是铂)和较宽的线性范围。铂的作用机理是铂(Ⅳ)直接氧化无色荧光素为荧光素,它的最终还原产物——铂黑又可催化无色荧光素对水的还原。
In the presence ot platium family element, leuco-fluorescein can be oxidized to be fluorescein. The fluorescent strength is proportional to the amount of platium family element except for Os and the sensitivity for determination is high (Pt: 1.5 ppb, Pd: 50 ppb, Rh: 8 ppb, Ir: 2.0ppb Ru: 1.3ppb). As to pt, pt(Ⅳ)is oxidant and the end produce is platium black, which can catalyze leuco-fluorescein to reduce water to hydrogen.
