摘要
文章回顾了海南省高教文献信息资源保障体系建设从九五末启动到十五、十一五的建设与发展过程,文献共建共享采取的措施、取得的成效、面临的问题,就今后发展提出了建议。
This paper is about the construction of Hainan Academic Library Information System,reviews its start in late Ninth five-year plan,its construction and development in the tenth and eleventh five-year plan.It also discusses the measures taken,the effects and the problems in constructing and sharing the literature.Finally it puts forward some suggestions for future development.
