摘要
选取2006年首批立项建设的国家示范性高职院校天津职业大学、邢台职业技术学院等28所高职院校及2010年由《华盛顿月刊》评选出来的全美前25所社区大学,合计53所高职院校作为调查样本。通过网络对58所样本院校进行访问调查,从DRS接入点、DRS服务方式、DRS服务内容三方面进行比较分析,得出:DRS将是高职院校图书馆发展的重点;美国高职院校图书馆承担着用户信息素养培养的重任;美国高职院校数字图书馆与学习中心一体化发展成为新的模式;中美高职院校图书馆的网上专项咨询服务、咨询专家服务建设均显不足;美国高职院校图书馆DRS过程中更注重知识产权的维护。这些发现对我国高职院校图书馆DRS服务的深层次发展具有一定的借鉴价值。
The 53 vocational colleges as the survey sample are from China and America.The 28 vocational colleges are from China,which are the first national demonstration vocational colleges in 2006,for example,Tianjin Vocational Institute,Xing Tai Vocational and Technical College.Anther 25 vocational colleges are selected and voted out in 2010 by the Washington Monthly in America.Thronging the network to access the digital libraries of the survey samples,and the paper made a competitive study in DRS accenting,DRS methods and DRS content.We are informed that:DRS will be the focus of development in the college libraries;the survey sample from the America bears the heavy responsibility of the user information literacy training;integrated development of the digital library and learning center vocational colleges becomes the new mode;the online specialist advisory services and consulting expert services are significantly less in the vocational colleges;the American college libraries pay more attention to intellectual property rights.These findings to be the depth development of DRS in the College Libraries has some value.
