财经院校行政管理专业课程体系的优化设置——基于SWOT分析

On the Optimization of the Curriculum System of Administrative Management Major in Financial Institutions——from the perspective of SWOT

优化财经院校行政管理专业的课程体系,既是经济发展与社会变迁要求,也是专业建设的需要,更是满足学生成才的需要。基于SWOT分析结果以及进一步构造SWOT分析矩阵,本文提出财经院校只有发挥既有师资优势,充分利用外部机遇,借助社会资源来化解相关负面因素以及"内外兼修"促进学科转型,有效推动行政管理专业课程体系的优化,才能在日趋激烈的学科竞争中处于不败之地。

Improving the administrative curriculum in financial institutions is not only the requirements of economic development and social change, but also the need of the major construction, and also the need to meet the growth of students. From the perspective of SWOT, the author suggests that only by mobilizing the advahtages of ex- isted teachers, taking full advantage of external opportunities, negative factors and to promote the discipline transformation tern of the administrative management major, can we never using the help of social resources to resolve related , and promoting the optimization of the curriculum sys- be defeated in the increasingly throatcutting subject competition.
