摘要
以某一工程为例,详细阐述了一典型的砖混结构教学楼的安全性及抗震鉴定工作:从构件到子单元结构,再到整体结构分析结构的安全性;根据既有建筑后续使用年限确定抗震鉴定方法,从构造到计算来分析结构的抗震能力。
Taking a project example, this paper elaborated in detail the safety and seismic performance evaluation work of a typical brick and concrete structure teaching building, from component to subunit structure, to the safety of whole structure analysis, according to the followed working life of existing building to ensure the seismic evaluation method, analyzed the structure seismic ability from structure to calculation.
