鉴于动态费用控制是EPC总承包项目管理中的难点,引入了工程计量台账的概念,并结合工程实例,阐述了建安工程计量台账的建立与应用,总结了建安工程计量台账在EPC总承包项目动态费用控制中起到的作用,为总承包项目费用控制提供参考。

In view of the difficulties of dynamic cost control in EPC general contract project management, this paper introduced the concept of engineering metering ledger, and combining with project example, elaborated the establishment and application of construction metering ledger, summarized the role of construction engineering metering ledger in EPC general contract project dynamic cost control, provided reference for gen- eral contractor project cost control.
