On engineering management of architectural programs and management at construction enterprises

针对目前我国建筑项目工程管理中存在的问题和不足进行了分析,阐述了建筑企业管理实现现代化的思路和途径,在此基础上提出了完善国内工程项目管理的具体措施,以期提高建筑项目工程管理水平和质量。

The paper analyzes some problems and shortages in the engineering management of the building programs in China, illustrates the modernized ideas and channels for the management over the construction enterprises, and points out some factual measures for improving the engineering programs in China based on the previous points, so as to enhance the management and quality for the architectural programs.
