摘要 目的对黏球菌(Myxococcus sp.)189B05大罐发酵吸附树脂提取物的化学成分进行研究。方法采用Sephadex LH-20和硅胶等色谱柱色谱进行分离纯化,用波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果从70 L发酵提取物中分离得到5个化合物,分别为quinolin-4-ylmethanol(1),myxothiazol(2),4-quinolinecarboxaldehyde oxime(3),N-(2-phenylethyl)acetamide(4),N-acetyltyra-mine(5)。结论化合物1~5均为首次从该菌株中分离得到。 OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents ofMyxococcus sp. 189B05 isolated from crop land soil sample col- lected in Shandong province. METHODS The constituents were isolated and purified by Sephadex LH -20 and silica columns and their structures were identified by NMR and ESIMS techniques. RESULTS Five compounds were isolated and identified as quinolin- 4-ylmethanol( 1 ), myxothiazol (2) ,4-quinolinecarboxaldehyde oxime ( 3 ), N- (2-phenylethyl) acetamide (4), N-acetyhyramine ( 5 ), re- spectively. CONCLUSION Compounds 1 -5 were obtained from the strain for the first time.
