摘要
利用刚果红杯碟快速筛选法对大白菇、金针菇、香菇、竹荪、磷盖红菇、杏鲍菇6种食用菌产纤维素酶能力进行了比较,同时对高产纤维素酶食用菌的最佳工艺条件进行了优化。结果表明:磷盖红菇出现透明圈最大,直径为20mm;磷盖红菇产纤维素酶最佳工艺条件为摇床转速105r/min,培养初始pH 5.4,培养时间72h,培养温度26℃。
The ability of six kinds of edible mushroom, Russula delica Fr, Flammulina velutipe, Lentinus javanicus, Bamboo-sun,Russula lepida and Abalone mushroom to produce cellulase were compared by using the Congo red saucer rapid screening method. Meanwhile, the optimal fermentation cnditions were optimized. The results showed that the Russula lepida appeared the most transparent rings for 20mm in diameter. Among four kinds of carbon sources, CMC-Na, bean dregs straw powder, glucose, the bean dregs an promote the Russula lepida to produce cellulase. The optimal Femrentation conditions for the Russula lepida to produce cellulase was shaking speed 105 r/min,initial pH 5. 4, time 72 h,temoerature 26℃
