离子色谱法测定金莲花中多种阴离子研究 被引量:6

摘要 以金莲花为试材,采用超声法提取金莲花阴离子,并利用离子色谱法测定金莲花中F-、Cl-、NO3-、SO42-4种阴离子。结果表明:金莲花中的4种阴离子经过80℃在超声波作用下水浴浸提20min,IonPac AS14A色谱柱分离,8mmol/L Na2CO3+1mmol/L NaHCO3为淋洗液,流速为1.00mL/min。该方法的线性相关系数达到0.999以上,回收率为89.70%~105.35%,各组分的检出限为0.02~0.04mg/L。该方法操作简便,准确可靠,可用于实际金莲花样品无机阴离子含量的测定。 Taking Trdllius chinensis Bunqe as material,anions were extracted by ultrasonic method,and F- ,Cl- ,NO3-, SO4^2- in Trdllius chinensis were determinated by ion-chromatography. The results showed that 4 anions in the samples were extracted ultrasonically with water for 20min,at 80"C. The separation of 4 anions was performed on IonPac AS14A analytic column with an eluem containing 8 mrnol/L Na2CCAh +1 mmol/L NaHCO3,and the flow rate as 1. 00 mL/min. The correlation coefficients were superior to 0. 999, and the recoveries were 89. 70 %- 105. 35 %, the detection limits of these anions were inthe range of 0. 02-0. 04 mg/L. The method was simple and accurate and could be applied in the analysis of TrdUius chinensis samples.
