摘要
目的观察大鼠对全层皮肤缺损面积的耐受程度,以及不同损伤面积创口自然修复情况。方法采用手术切割法,在大鼠背部切除占动物体表面积分别为:6.40%、8.00%、10.00%、12.50%和15.63%的全层皮肤,造成全层皮肤损伤模型。从动物的体质量、创面愈合时间和死亡率等方面评价大鼠对全层皮肤缺损面积耐受情况。结果损伤面积越大,体质量下降越明显,下降持续时间越长;损伤面积占体表面积的LD50为10.46%;损伤面积从小到大(除15.63%组动物全部死亡外)组的平均愈合时间分别为28.22 d、38.63 d、56.40 d和63.50 d。结论大鼠全层皮肤损伤动物模型,创面占体表面积6.40%是安全的,创面占体表面积的LD50是10.46%;小于体表面积的8.00%的创面自然修复时间在30 d左右,占体表面积10.00%~12.50%的创面缺损自然修复时间在60 d左右。
Objective To observe the tolerance of the rat with different sizes of full-thickness skin removal, as well as the trauma heal naturally. Method The skin was removed from the rats back with the surgical cutting and removal. The removed sizes over the total body surface area are 6.40%, 8.00%, 10.00%, 12.50%, and 15.63% , respectively. With such full-thickness skin damage models, the tolerance of rats on such damages with the change of weight, heal time, and mortality are studied. Result The greater the damage area, the weight loss is more obvious, and decreased the longer the duration ; the LDs0 of the damage area over total body surface, area is 10.46% ;the average natural healing time are proportionally 28.22, 38.63, 56.40 and 63.50 days, respectively, for the rats with the above surface removal ratio (except for the rats with 15.63% area removal which are all died). Conclusion With rat wound animal model of full-thickness skin, wound surface area of 6.4% is safe. The LD^o for the ratio of the damaged area over the total body area is 10. 46%. The natural heal time is about 30 days, when the trauma area is 8.00% of total body area, while it takes 60 days when trauma area is increased between 10.00% and 12.50%.
