摘要
采用熔融共混法制备出了聚丙烯(PP)/纳米碳酸钙(nano-CaCO3)复合材料,研究了nano-CaCO3的加入量对复合材料力学性能的影响,利用扫描电镜(SEM)分析了nano-CaCO3在PP基体中的分散性。结果表明:随着nano-CaCO3用量的增加,PP/nano-CaCO3复合材料的冲击强度和拉伸强度均呈现出先增加后降低的趋势,而弯曲模量呈增加趋势;随着填加量的增加,nano-CaCO3在PP基体中的分散性逐渐变差。
PP/nano-CaCO3 composite was prepared by melt blending PP with nano-CaCO3. The effect of the nano-CaCO3 content on mechanical property of the PP/nano-CaCO3 composite was studied. The dispersion of the nano-CaCO3 in PP matrix was analyzed by SEM. The results show that: with the increase of content of nano-CaCO3, the impact strength and the tensile strength of the PP/nano-CaCO3 composite both increase firstly and then decrease, but the flexural modulus of the PP/nano-CaCO3 composite increase evidently. The dispersion of the nano-CaCO3 in PP matrix gradually becomes bad with the increase of the content of nano-CaCO3.
