页岩气水平井钻完井关键技术分析 被引量:20

摘要 页岩气的开发是一个庞大的系统工程,水平井技术是开发页岩气的核心技术之一。从页岩气的储层特征入手,分析了水平井在开发页岩气中应用的巨大优势,包括能够充分利用页岩层天然裂缝、利于后期压裂增产、具有成本效益优势等。阐述了页岩气水平井方位优选、井身结构设计、轨迹控制、钻井液体系、完井技术和钻头优选等关键技术。通过对比国内外页岩气开发状况,认为开发我国页岩气,水平井应作为最优选择,并且由于页岩气藏的独特性,需要在学习借鉴的基础上,开发出一套适合国内各种储层的水平井技术。还对我国页岩气水平井钻井开发工程中可能遇到的问题和挑战,提出了具体建议。 The exploration of shale gas was a huge systematical project.The technology of horizontal wells was one of the key technologies for shale gas exploration.Starting from the characteristic analysis of shale gas reservoirs,the benefits of horizontal wells in the shale gas development were analyzed,including better use of natural fractures of shale gases and application of post-fracture stimulation,cost-effective advantages.The key technologies for optimizing azimuth of horizontal wells,well structural design,trajectory control,drilling fluid system,drilling and completion technology and drilling bit selection were studied.Comparison shows that horizontal well should be the best choice for China's shale gas development.Due to the special characteristics of shale gas,each shale reservoir is unique;It is indicated that a set of suitable horizontal well technologies should be developed based on the domestic reservoir characteristics.Some suggestions are put forward to solve the possible problems and challenge of drilling engineering for horizontal well of China's shale gas development.
