摘要
针对涠洲11-4油田B井储层存在的聚合物堵塞及微粒运移造成的储层矿物堵塞,通过大量室内研究,形成了HRS复合解堵剂(简称HRS)与改性硅酸复合解堵工艺。HRS在1h内可完全降解抑砂剂中聚合物,在井下生成二氧化氯克服了ClO2气体逸出易造成爆炸使人员受伤害等缺点。改性硅酸体系能够有效溶蚀B井储层岩屑,不破坏岩石骨架,具有较好的防腐、降低表面张力、破乳、抑制二次沉淀的效果。现场应用表明:采用HRS与改性硅酸复合解堵工艺,有效地解除了B井近井地带堵塞,使产液量由90m3/d上升至340m3/d,获得了很好的解堵效果。
According to the polymer jam and mineral jam caused by particle migration in B Well reservoir of WZ11-4 Oilfield,the complex blocking removal agent HRS and modified silicic acid complex blocking technology were developed by conducting a large number of laboratory researches.HRS could decompose the polymer in the sand control agent completely within 1h,ClO2 was generated in the bottom hole,by which the risk of explosion,personal injuries caused by ClO2 gas were overcome.The modified silicic acid can effectively dissolute the rock cuttings in B Well reservoir without destroying the rock skeleton,it was better anti-corrosion,reduced the surface tension for emulsion breaking,and controlled the secondary sedimentation.Field application shows that HRS and modified silicic acid complex blocking removal technology can effectively relieve the blockage of in near-wellbore of B Well,the fluid production increases from 90m3/d to 340m3/d,good effect of blocking removal is obtained.
