摘要
考虑到修井机起升系统的制动性能对修井作业过程具有重要影响的实际情况,提出了利用AD-AMS、AMESim和Simulink仿真软件对其制动过程进行建模和机电液联合仿真的方法:将起升系统的ADAMS模型引入Simulink模块中,建立了机电联合仿真模型;利用ADAMS-AMESim软件接口,构建了机液联合仿真模型;通过S功能函数的使用,建立了液压与控制系统的联合仿真模型。机电液联合仿真结果表明该方法是可行的。
The effect of Braking performance of workover rig hoisting system which was very important on well repairing operation was taken into consideration by using the softwares ADAMS(Auto Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems),AMESim(Advanced Modeling Environment for Performing Simulations of Engineering Systems),and Simulink.The electrical and mechanical model of the brake subsystem was set up,the composite simulation model was established by using t ADAMS and AMESim.With the use of function S,the composite model for hydraulic and control system was established.The result of composite simulation shows that the method is feasible.
