摘要
随着孤岛油田注聚驱规模的逐步扩大,采出液含聚合物浓度增加,致使原油脱水和污水处理难度加大。通过进行电絮凝-气浮技术处理油田含聚污水的试验与应用,利用电絮凝、电气浮原理,降低了污水中的含油量、悬浮物含量和化学需氧量,处理后配制聚合物母液经污水稀释后,聚合物溶液黏度及保留率均与清水配制污水稀释后聚合物溶液相当,完全可以替代清水。
With the gradual expansion of polymer flooding extent in Gudao Oil Production Plant,the polymer concentration increased in produced fluid,therefore it was difficult for crude oil dewatering and sewage treatment.Through the experiment and application of the technique of electric flocculation and gas suspension in oilfield sewage treatment and by using the principle of electric flocculation and gas suspension,the contents of sewage,suspended matter and COD were all reduced.After the sewage is diluted,the polymer viscosity and its retention rate are equal to those of the polymer solution prepared with fresh water,it can be used to replace fresh water.
