摘要 旨在探讨硒在蓝布中的分布特征,并为民族医学的开发和临床应用提供参考.采用氢化物发生—原子荧光光谱法对蓝布正的根和叶的微量元素硒进行测定,确定了硒含量测定的最佳方法和仪器的参数.本法的相关系数r=1.000 0,方法检出限为1.45ng/g,回收率为98.9%~101%,RSD=0.73%(n=9),方法操作简单、准确度高、重现性好、线性范围宽的优点. This article was aimed at exploring the distribution characteristics of selenium in A- leppo avens,which will provide significant reference for the exploitation and clinical application of national medical. Selenium content in leaves and root of Aleppo avens was determined by hy- dride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The best method and equipment parameters were established.
