摘要
研究了鲟鱼胚胎细胞的体外分离培养方法,并比较了体外培养液及添加血清浓度等条件,初步探讨了鲟鱼胚胎培养技术.结果表明,采用机械分离法,受精后48h的胚胎可获得较多的细胞,胚胎细胞在28℃,DMEM+10%胎牛血清培养液及无CO2条件下,可进行贴壁生长.
The optimum separation and culture method, media, serum content for the embryo cells from sturgeon cultured in vitro were preliminary discussed and compared. The results showed that fertilization embryo after 48h could get the more ceils by mechanical separation method, embryo cells could attached growth well under 28 ℃, DMEM + 10% fetal bovine se- rum media and no CO2 condition.
