摘要
在35℃条件下,研究了不同含油量(0%、1%、2%、3%、4%、5%)餐厨垃圾中温厌氧消化过程中日产气量、甲烷含量、总固体(TS)、挥发性固体(VS)、干物质产气率等的变化,为后续餐厨垃圾连续发酵的预处理提供参考。结果表明:5%含油量餐厨厌氧发酵周期最长,累计产气量最大,为5 800 mL。在消化过程中,沼气中甲烷含量先上升后下降,最高可达76%;干物质产气率随含油量增大而增大,依次为497.4、506.1、543.8、554.4、590.7和600.1 mL/g TS;5%含油餐厨垃圾的TS和VS去除率最大,分别为34.4%和42.9%。
The variations of daily biogas yields,methane content,total solids(TS) ,volatile solids(VS) and gas production rate of dry matter were studied in the process of mesophilic anaerobic fermentation for kitchen waste under different oil contens(0% , 1% ,2% ,3% ,4% ,5% ) at 35℃. The research provided a reference for the pretreatment of kitchen waste in follow-up continuous fermentation. Results showed that the period of the process of mesophilie anaerobic digestion under oil content of 5% was the longest,with the total gas production of 5 800 mL. During the process of the digestion,methane content raised and then went down,up to a maximum of 76%. The gas production rate increased with the oil content, followed by 497.4,506.1,543.8,554.4,590.7, 600.1 mL/g TS. The removal rate of TS and VS in kitchen waste with the oil content of 5 % was the highest, reac- hing 34.4% and 42.9% , respectively.
