中西医联合用药对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的治疗效果

Therapeutic effect of Chinese and Western medicine combined on the carotid artery atherosclerotic plaque

目的比较复方丹参滴丸联合辛伐他汀、麝香保心丸配合辛伐他汀、单纯辛伐他汀治疗颈动脉粥样硬化的效果。方法 96例颈动脉粥样硬化患者,随机分为3组:在常规阿司匹林治疗的基础上,复方丹参滴丸+辛伐他汀治疗组(31例),麝香保心丸+辛伐他汀治疗组(33例),单纯辛伐他汀治疗组(32例)。利用颈动脉超声检查颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT),以改良的Crouse评分法计算颈动脉粥样硬化斑块积分,测定血清同型半胱氨酸评价治疗效果。结果复方丹参滴丸联合辛伐他汀与麝香保心丸配合辛伐他汀治疗颈动脉粥样硬化,颈动脉内膜中层厚度、颈动脉粥样斑块积分、血浆总同型半胱氨酸测定的结果治疗前后,及与单纯用辛伐他汀治疗效果比较,效果比较理想(P<0.01,P<0.05)。复方丹参滴丸联合辛伐他汀与麝香保心丸配合辛伐他汀治疗颈动脉粥样硬化比较,三项指标均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸联合辛伐他汀与麝香保心丸配合辛伐他汀治疗颈动脉粥样硬化虽然作用机制有所不同,但对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块形成均有比较好的治疗效果。

Objective To compare the CSDP combined simvastatin, heart-protecting musk pill with simvastatin, simvastatin treatment alone carotid atherosclerosis effect. Methods 96 cases of carotid artery ath- erosclerosis were randomly divided into three groups： conventional aspirin therapy, based on the CSDP ＋ simvastatin treatment group （31 cases）, heart-protecting musk pill ＋ Simvastatin treatment group （33 cases）, pure simvastatin treatment group （32 cases）. The use of carotid artery ultrasound examination of carotid intimamedia thickness, as an improved method of Crouse score carotid atherosclerotic plaque score, serum homocys- teine evaluation of therapeutic effect. Results CSDP combined with the heart-protecting musk pill simvastatin with simvastatin in the treatment of carotid atherosclerosis, carotid artery intima-media thickness, carotid plaque score, total plasma homocysteine, cysteinyl acid in the results before and after treatment with simvastatin treatment alone compared with the results more desirable （P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 05 ）. CSDP combined with the heart-protecting musk pill simvastatin with simvastatin in the treatment of carotid atherosclerosis compared to three parameters were not significantly different （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion CSDP combined with the heart-protecting musk pill simvastatin with simvastatin in the treatment of carotid atherosclerosis although the mechanisms are different, the right carotid artery atheresclerotic plaque formation are relatively good treatment of effect.
