颌面外科微动力系统在颌骨囊肿手术中的应用

The application of micro-power system of maxillofacial surgery in jaw cyst

目的评价颌面外科微动力系统在颌骨囊肿手术中的应用效果。方法选取68例牙源性颌骨囊肿患者,应用颌面外科微动力系统,代替骨凿辅助进行颌骨等硬组织的处理,完成颌骨囊肿摘除术。结果本组患者创口均一期愈合,术中去骨精确易掌握,手术并发症少,术后反应较轻,有效降低了患者术中的恐惧程度。结论颌面外科微动力系统辅助完成颌骨囊肿手术安全、可靠,有效地降低了手术并发症的发生几率,大大减轻了患者的术中痛苦和术后反应。

Objective Evaluate the effect of micro-power system of maxillofacial surgery in jaw cyst. Methods Select 68 cases of patients with odontogenic jaw cysts, apply micro-power system of maxillofacial sur- gery to hard issue, such as maxillofacial bone, instead of bone-chiser, completing the extripation of jaw cyst. Results The wound of the observation group was primarily healed, this method was simple, accurate and pro- vides easy operation on bone removal with less complications and post-operative reaction, reducing patients＇ fear effectively. Conclusion Micro-power system of maxillofacial surgery aids to complete the extirpation of jaw cyst safely and reliably, decreasing the occurrence of complications efficiently and cutting down the pain of pa- tients both during the Operation and post-operative reaction.
