摘要 目的探讨308nm准分子激光对寻常型白癜风患者ICAM-1表达的影响及其作用机制。方法选择57例寻常型白癜风患者作为治疗组,采用308nm准分子激光进行局部照射治疗;另选择30例健康体检者作为对照组,采用ELISA法对白癜风患者治疗前、后和健康体检者血清中ICAM-1含量进行测定。结果治疗组患者血清中ICAM-1的含量治疗后较治疗前明显降低,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组与对照组比较,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 308nm准分子激光很可能拮抗寻常型白癜风患者血清中的ICAM-1,从而达到治疗效果。 Objective Discussion on 308nm exeimer laser with vitiligo vulgaris ICAM-1 expression in rats and its mechanism. Methods In 57 patients with vitiligo vulgaris as treatment group, using 308nm exeimer laser irradiation therapy ; the other 30 healthy subjects as control group, using ELISA method on vitiligo pa- tients before treatment, and healthy persons serum ICAM-1 content determination. Results The treated group, ICAM-1 content was significantly lower than that before treatment, the differences were statistically significant ( P 〈0. 01 ), close to the normal value, compared with the control group, no significant difference ( P 〉0. 05 ). Conclusion 308nm excimer laser is likely to antagonism in the sera of patients with vitiligo vulgaris ICAM- 1, so as to achieve therapeutic effect.
