The concepts of N-accumulation point and N-derived operator in L-fuzzy topological spces are introduced and their properties are systematically discussed. The results show that their properties are nearly paralled. with C·T.Yang's theorem. the x_λ is the N-accumulation point of L-fuzzy set A iff there's a molecular net converged to x_λ in A-x_1 (A∨ B)^(d*)=A~^(d*)∨B^(d*), etc.
