摘要
幼儿园教师关于创造性的评价对幼儿创造性的培养起重要作用。以9幅幼儿绘画作品为例对两名幼儿园教师进行访谈发现,她们认为具有“变化”“丰富”“独特性”特征的儿童画是有创造性的画;幼儿园教师更容易将“好”的画视为有“创造性”的画。要想促进幼儿创造性的发展,需要改变将“好”的画和有“创造性”的画对立起来的观念。
Preschool teachers' assessment standards for creativity play a significant role in cultivating children's creativity. Interviewing 2 preschool teachers on 9 children's drawings discovers that those 2 teachers believe drawings showing "change", "enrichment" and "originality" are creative ones; and preschool teachers tend to regard "good" drawings as ones with "originality", which should be changed. Otherwise, the development of children's creativity could be difficult.
