摘要
发动机故障是运载火箭系统级单点故障,为提高系统的可靠性,以新一代大推力运载火箭为背景,针对飞行过程中发动机组中部分模块存在可测故障时,分析了控制力重构的原理,然后进行了控制力重构冗余算法的研究,并进行了算法的仿真验证。结果表明,该算法可以实现运载火箭控制力冗余作用。
Faults in rocket engines are a class of system-level single point faults. In order to improve reliability of the next generation launch vehicles with heavy thrust engines, a new reconstruction algorithm of the thrusting force is proposed based on the moment balance theory when the faults of the rocket engines are detectable. The proposed algorithm enhances the ability of fault tolerance of heavy thrust launch vehicles.
