构建效率指数模型评价科室床位利用效率

Evaluating utilization efficiency of hospital bed through constructing efficiency index model

目的随着各大医院规模的不断扩大，床位数量的不断增加，使得科室床位利用效率情况愈加被医院管理者所关注。如何能够选择一种客观、合理、可行的方法来评价科室床位利用情况，已是目前我们亟待解决的问题。本文则是通过床位利用指数分布图和归一法构建的床位效率指数模型来评价医院各临床科室床位使用的效率。方法根据2011统计年度的床位使用率、床位周转次数和床位利用指数，应用Excel软件绘制成四个象限的散点坐标图，并融合归一法进行床位利用的评价。结果32个科室中有11个科室属于“床位效率型”，即床位使用率和床位周转次数均高于标准值。9个科室属于“床位周转型”，即床位周转次数高于标准值，但床位使用率低于标准值。11个科室属于“床位压床型”，即床位使用率高于标准值，但床位周转次数低于标准值。1个科室属于“床位闲置型”，即床位使用率和床位周转次数均低于标准值。结论通过归一法构建出床位效率指数模型再融合指数分布图能够更方便、更客观的反映各科室床位利用效率，辅助管理者适时的做出合理配置各科室床位的决策，以期达到在合理配置卫生资源的基础上，优化卫生资源的利用．实现效率利用的最大化。

Objective With hospitals＇ scale continuing to expand, the rising number of beds, which makes the department beds utilization efficiency situation increasingly being concerned by hospital managers. How to choose a kind of objective, reasonable and feasible method to evaluate department beds utilization results, already is becoming a problem that needs to be solved soon. This article is through the bed utilization efficiency index and a method to construct bed efficiency index model to evaluate the efficiency of hospital beds. Methods According to bed utilization rate of 2011 statistics annual, beds turnover and bed utilization index, applying Excel software to rendering it into four quadrants of the scatter coordinate chart, and combine nor-malized method to do the bed evaluation. Results 32 departments has 11 departments belong to ＂beds efficiency type＂, that is, the utilization of beds and the beds turnover are higher than the standard value. Nine departments belong to ＂beds weeks transformation＂ namely beds turnover is higher than standard value, but the utilization of beds below the standard value. 11 departments belong to ＂bed press type＂, that is, the bed utilization rate higher than the standard value, but beds tuhaover below the standard value. A desk belong to ＂beds available type＂, that is, the utilization of beds and the beds turnover are below standard. Conclusion Through the normalization method constructing beds efficiency index model and combining the index profile can be more convenient, more objectively reflect the department of bed utilization efficiency, help manager timely make reasonable configuration of all hospitals bed. In order to achieve rational allocation of health resources, based on the optimization of health resources, and to realize the maximization of the using efficiency.
