2009--2011年万州区糖尿病住院病人统计分析

Statistical analysis of disease of inpatients of diabetes between 2009 and 2011 in Wanzhou district

目的了解重庆市万州区（三峡移民库区）2009--2011年糖尿病住院病人的年龄结构及病种分布，指导人们正确对待糖尿病及其并发症，提高生活质量。方法根据万州区2009--2011年卫生统计网络直报出院病人调查表，利用Excel电子表格，筛选出院第一诊断为糖尿病的病例4760例，根据ICD-10疾病分类编码情况，采取卫生部卫生统计报表5个年龄分组，对各年龄段人群糖尿病入院情况、性别比率、病种分布、治疗效果、治疗费用等临床治疗情况进行分析、总结。结果糖尿病占内分泌、营养和代谢疾病的60％以上，男女之比0．9，急危重占96．95％，伴有并发症占52．96％。病死率为1．18％，人均住院费用8340．55元，60岁以上老年人年龄构成比60．76％，均高出2010年全国医院平均水平。结论中老年人群尤其注意预防糖尿病特别是各种并发症的发生。控制饮食、加强锻炼，正确对待，规范化治疗，可有效预防、延缓、减少糖尿病及其并发症的发生。

Objective To know the age structure and distribution of diseases of inpatients of diabetes between 2009 and 2011 in Wanzhou district of Chongqing （Three Gorges Reservoir area）, to guide people to diabetes treatment and its complications correctly, and to improve the quality of life. Methods According to the national disease report system of statistics between 2009--2010 of Wanzhou district, with the use of spreadsheet of Excel, 4 760 cases of the first diagnose of diabetes of inpatients were screened. According to The International Classification of Diseases （ ICD-10）, and the statement of five age groups of statis- tics of health ministry, the situation of inpatients, were analyzed and summed up including ratio of sex, distribution of diseases, treatment effects and costs for each age group of diabetes. Results The ratio of diabetes was more than 60% in the endocrine, nutrition and metabolic disease system, the ratio of the men and women was 0.9, and the ratio of critically ill patient was 96. 95% with the ratio of the complications of diabetes 52.96% and the ratio of case fatality 1.18%. The cost of every diabetes patients was 8 340.55 yuan, the ratio of the age of 60 years old and above was 60.76%, and both were more than the average of all national hospitals in 2010. Conclusion Middle-aged and elderly people should pay special attention to preventing various complications of diabetes. Controlling diet, doing exercises, treating them correctly and standardizing the treatment can prevent, delay and reduce diabetes and its complications effectively.
