糖尿病发病与肝脏及其临床处理

摘要 2型糖尿病的主要病理生理机制包括肌肉、肝脏中存在胰岛素抵抗和13细胞功能受损,引起肝糖输出增加、肌肉对葡萄糖的摄取降低和胰岛素分泌量的减少,被称为糖尿病的“三重奏”。事实上,在2型糖尿病的病程中B细胞功能衰退出现时间之早和程度之严重远远超出人们的想象。当患者血糖处于糖耐量减低(IGT)水平的高端时,
