摘要
要搞好"国培计划"项目工作必须建立一支高素质、专业化的项目首席专家队伍。地方承训院校开展项目首席专家队伍建设,首先必须对项目首席专家有一个准确的定位。本文从层次和角色两个方面阐述"国培计划"项目首席专家的定位问题,并基于培训工作的实践与经验探讨了项目首席专家应如何承担好自身的角色与使命。
Only with a professional and high quality chief expert team, can a good base for the success of National Training Plan be established. For the setting-up of local training colleges' experts group, we must have an accurate understanding on project chief experts' role and position. This thesis analyzes the chief expert' role and position of "National Training Plan"program, and explores that how do chief experts play their role and take their responsibility according to training experiences.
