聋哑学生心理健康状况及其干预 被引量:8

摘要 目的了解聋哑学生的心理健康状况,探讨干预训练对其心理健康的影响效果。方法以班级为单位,整群抽取九江市聋哑学生89名进行SCL-90症状自评量表的测查,并对查出的有心理问题的学生进行干预训练。结果聋哑学生的心理健康水平显著低于全国青年的平均水平(t=4.84,P<0.001);女生的"焦虑"、"恐怖"因子分显著高于男生(t=4.34,P<0.05;t=10.16,P<0.01),其余差异无统计学意义;不同年级的聋哑学生各因子分差异无统计学意义(F=0.98,P>0.05);干预训练后有心理问题的聋哑学生的心理健康水平有显著提高(t=3.82,P<0.001)。结论聋哑学生的心理健康水平低于全国青年平均水平,女生心理健康水平低于男生,干预训练能显著提高聋哑学生的心理健康水平。 Objective To explore the mental health situation of deaf students and the effect of intervention training on it.Methods Selected 100 deaf students randomly in Jiujiang city were assessed with SCL-90,and students who had psychological problems were given intervention training.Results The mental health of deaf students was significantly lower than the national youth average(t=4.84,P0.001);girls "anxiety" and "terrorist" factor scores were significantly higher than boys(t=4.34,P0.05;t=10.16,P0.01),the rest were no significant differences;Deaf students of different grade were no significant differences(F=0.98,P0.05);intervention training could significantly improve the mental health of deaf students with psychological problems(t=3.82,P0.001).Conclusion The mental health of deaf students is low,and girls are lower than boys in mental health level,intervention training can improve the mental health of deaf students.
