基于普通概率法的起重机可靠性建模与预计方法研究

摘要 阐述了起重机可靠性建模与预计的具体程序。从系统定义入手,分别介绍了可靠性框图的建立、可靠性数学模型的确定、单元可靠性参数的确定、系统可靠性值的计算等关键步骤;并对常用的可靠性建模与预计方法和单元可靠性参数的确定方法分别作了对比分析;最后对最为常用的任务可靠性建模方法之一的普通概率法进行了详细介绍。 This paper elaborates crane reliability modeling and expected program.The text respectively introduces some key procedures, such as the establishment of reliability block diagram, the determination of reliability mathematical model,the certainty of unit reliability parameters and the calculation of system reliability values,and then comparatively analyzes the common reliability modeling and prediction method and the determination of unit reliability parameters,finally details the ordinary probability method of the reliability modeling method, one of the most common tasks.
