摘要
研究了一种以Y为主的重稀土蠕化剂,试验结果显示:(1)该蠕化剂充分发挥了Y的抗衰退能力,结合某些碱土金属细化石墨的作用,使蠕化剂中的稀土总量大幅度下降,与此同时,还可以防止片状石墨;(2)使用该蠕化剂后,蠕铁的金相组织及力学性能均符合要求,同时还有较宽的蠕化剂加入范围;(3)与轻稀土蠕化剂相比,该蠕化剂价格较低。
A new type of vermicularizing alloy with Y as main ingredient was developed.Test result showed:(1)This type of vermicularizing alloy fully used the anti-degeneration effect of the Y element,and by combining the graphite size refining effect of some alkaline-earth metals,the RE total content of this vermicularizing alloy was reduced in a large scale,and at the same time,it could avoid flake graphite formation;(2)After using this vermicularizing alloy,the microstructure and mechanical properties totally met requirement,and in addition,the vermicularizing alloy adding amount rang was relatively wide;(3)Compared with the light RE vermicularizing alloy,its price was relatively lower.
