摘要 对S I Karsay的球铁铸件浇冒口设计理论和均衡凝固技术进行了深入的比对分析。结合生产实例说明:S I Karsay的补缩理论已经包含了均衡凝固技术的核心要点,而且明确提出了各种补缩类型和方法的选用条件,而均衡凝固却模糊和避开这些十分重要的选择条件,认为其所提出的核心要点适用于所有条件下铸铁件的生产,从而产生谬误,引起误导。 Both the gating and risering theory of S I Karsay and the Proportional solidification technology were deeply compared and analyzed. It was explained by combining with productive examples that the feeding theory of S I Karsay has included kernel points of the proportional solidification technology, and furthermore definitely proposed the selecting conditions of various feeding types and methods, but the proportional solidification technology blurred and kept away from those very important selecting conditions, falsely considering that its kernel points could be adopted for all castings production under all different conditions, and therefore, causing falsehood and misguidance.
