摘要
介绍了缸体铸件的几种排气方法。指出:设计排气系统时,应以型腔气体与砂芯气体分开排出为原则,要尽量避免在缸体铸件本体直接排气;要合理布局排气部位,在必须排气而无凸台的部位放置排气过滤片,是经济有效的排气方法;控制水套砂芯的透气性可以预防因其发气引起的气孔缺陷。
Several venting methods used for cylinder block casting were introduced.The design principle of the venting system used for the cylinder block was pointed out as that the gas of mould cavity and the gas of the cores should be vented separately;the vents setting directly on the casting surface should be avoided as possible;Venting locations should be rationally distributed;Setting venting filters on those locations where venting is necessary but no boss existing is a economic and effective venting method;Controlling permeability of the core sand of the water jacket core could prevent the blowhole caused due to the gas evolution of the jacket core.
