One of The Space Craze Will Be Lunar Exploration Early in The 21st Century

摘要 本文分析了近年来“月球热”不断升温的原因。论述了人类重返月球的重要意义。提出我国应高起点地开展月球探测工作。建议我国开展月球探测工作应分三步实施。认为只有在月球探测中取得突破性进展后 ,再实施第三步的建立“月球基地” This article analysed the cause of “lunar craze” uninterrupted upgrade in recent years, and discussed the great importance of the manned return to moon. We should set up excellent beginning to develop the lunar exploration in our country. The explorative program may be conducted by three steps. The third step, setting the Lunar Base, should be carried out, when the lunar exploration in primary phase has taken breakthrough.
