克服初学游泳大学生恐惧心理的优化教学方法探究

摘要 通过问卷调查,课堂观察,发现相当一部分女生对学习游泳产生怕水的恐惧心理反应,从而导致一些错误动作,根据问题所在,在不同阶段选用恰当的教学方法和练习手段,可以帮助学生克服各种心理障碍。实践证明,注重克服恐惧心理的教学法,如心理教学、快乐教学、游戏教学等优化教学法能较好地帮助学生避免和克服心理障碍,有效地提高游泳课的教学进程和教学质量,效果显著。 Through investigative and observing in classes, finding many students have afraid feeling in earning swimming. It can affect directly teaching effect. From discussing some problems about how to overcome afeard feeling of students who learn swimming for the first time from reasons and expressiveness and from swimming practice for many years. It is proved that it can better help students overcome afraid feeling and efficiently improve students' teaching proceeding and quality of swimming to some optimized tehching methods, such as psychology teaching, happy teaching, game teaching.
