当前中药新药研制中药理应用基础研究的几个命题及其对策

Strategy of Applied Basic Theory Study of the Pharmacology in Chinese Herbal Develpoment

本文就中药新药研制中有关药理学应用基础研究的几个命题进行了分析探讨。主要有 :药效评价的方法学、复方药代研究的方法学、证动物模型方法以及对药效靶器官毒理学研究等。并提出了相应的对策。上述应用基础研究的命题主要是在当前中药新药研制中所面临而亟待解决的问题。对这些问题的研讨 。

To the Chinese herbal develpment, the topical problem about the applied basic theory of pharmacology were studied and discussed, including the evaluating methods on herbal effects, the method of pharmacokinetics of the herbal complex, the study of the animal model based on traditional Chinese medical syndrome, and the toxicological study on the pharmacological target, the strategic ways were put forward. We should believe that the benefits of promoting the herbal new drug development and increasing the research level of it will be got, just by the way of discussing and studying the topics which are the problem needed to resolve at the time of the new drug development.
