The Human Co-ordination on the Global Problems and the Strategies from China

文章认为全球问题可归结为人口、资源、环境三大方面 ,并分析了这些问题出现的原因。解决这些问题需要全球性的协调 ,包括制定全球发展战略和国家间合理分配资源与责任 ,特别是要发挥科学技术的作用建立一种新的文明观。在这些问题上中国尤需抓紧动作 ,其意义十分重大。

This paper thinks the global problems are referring to the following three factors like: population, natural resources and environments, and also analyzes the causes of their creation. The solution to the problems needs a global co-ordination, including the enactment of the global development strategies and the reasonable resource distribution and the related obligations, in particular, to develop the function of the science and technology as well as a new civilized concept. It is urgent and significant for China take an immediate action in this regard.
