自动套扎术联合外痔切除术治疗混合痔伴直肠黏膜内脱垂的疗效观察

Clinical Effect Observation on Automatic Ligation Combined with Resection of External Hemorrhoids for Mixed Hemorrhoids with Internal Rectal Mucosal Prolapse

为观察自动套扎术联合外痔切除术治疗混合痔伴直肠黏膜内脱垂的疗效，将混合痔伴直肠黏膜内脱垂患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。治疗组采用自动套扎术加外痔切除术，对照组采用传统的混合痔外剥内扎术，对术后疗效、肛门水肿及肛门疼痛进行比较。结果显示，治疗组与对照组的疗效差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05），但在术后3d肛门水肿、肛门疼痛的发生率及程度方面，治疗组优于对照组（P〈O．05）。结果表明，自动套扎术联合外痔切除术治疗混合痔伴直肠黏膜内脱垂的疗效优于传统的混合痔外剥内扎术。

This study was to observe the clinical efficacy of mixed hemorrhoids with internal rectal mucosal prolapse treated by automatic ligation combined with resection of external hemorrhoids, 60 cases were ran- domly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases for each. Treatment group received auto- matic ligation combined with resection of external hemorrhoids,while control group conventional external dissection and internal ligation. Both groups were compared for clinical efficacy, postoperative anal edema and pain. The results showed that no significant difference was found between the two groups in clinical ef- ficacy（ P ~0.05） ;however,treatment group was superior to control group in the incidence and severity of anal edema and anal pain on the 3rd day after surgery（ P d0. 05）. It is concluded that automatic ligation combined with resection of external hemorrhoids is more effective than conventional external dissection and internal ligation in treating mixed hemorrhoids with internal rectal mucosal prolapse.
