自拟中药方熏洗坐浴对促进肛周脓肿术后创面愈合的疗效分析

Analysis on the Effect of Fuming ＆ Washing with Self-designed Prescription of Chinese Herb in Promoting Postoperative Wound Surface Healing of Perianal Abscess

为观察中药方熏洗坐浴对促进肛周脓肿术后创面愈合、减少并发症的临床效果，将150例肛周脓肿患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组75例。对照组患者术后采用常规换药，PP液坐浴。治疗组患者术后除给予常规换药外，还采用自拟中药方对创面进行熏洗坐浴。观察两组患者术后不同时点在创面渗出物、肛门疼痛、肉芽组织生长及肛门水肿方面的差异，比较两组患者创面愈合时间及并发症发生情况。结果显示，治疗组患者在术后不同时点创面渗出物、肛门疼痛、肉芽组织生长及肛门水肿等方面的评分明显优于对照组（P〈O．05）。治疗组创面愈合时间明显缩短，创面感染、肛门畸形等并发症发生率亦显著低于对照组（P〈O．05）。结果表明，对肛周脓肿术后患者给予中药熏洗坐浴治疗可显著缩短创面愈合时间，减轻患者疼痛，减少并发症的发生。

This study was to observe the effect of fuming ~ washing with self-designed prescription of Chi- nese herb in promoting postoperative wound surface healing and reducing complication of perianal abscess, 150 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,75 cases for each. Routine dress- ing changes were given to both groups. In addition,PP solution sitz bath was given to the control group and fuming ＆ washing with above Chinese prescription to treatment group. Both groups were observed at dif- ferent time points after surgery for wound surface exudates, anal pain, granulation tissue growth and anal edema, and compared for wound surface healing time and complications. The results showed that treatment group was obviously superior to the control group in the scores of wound surface exudates, anal pain,gran- ulation tissue growth and anal edema at different time points after surgery（ P d0.05）. Treatment group had a significantly shorter wound surface healing time and lower incidence of wound surface infection and anal deformation than the control group（ P d0.05）. It is concluded that giving fuming ＆ washing with Chinese herb to postoperative patients with perianal abscess can significantly shorten wound surface heal- ing time,reduce pain and complications.
