复方聚乙二醇电解质散加小承气汤用于结肠镜检前肠道准备的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Compound Polyethylene Glycol Electrolytes Powder plus Xiaochengqi Decoction for Bowel Preparation before Colonoscopy

为探索结肠镜检查前有效、方便的肠道准备方法，将442例拟行结肠镜检查的病人分为联合组和对照组。联合组251例采用复方聚乙二醇电解质散与小承气汤口服清洁肠道，对照组191例单纯采用复方聚乙二醇电解质散口服清洁肠道。观察首次排便时间、总排便次数、服药到排便结束时间、肠道清洁满意度和不良反应。结果显示，联合组从服药到排便结束时间明显短于对照组，肠道清洁满意度为80．5％，明显高于对照组的69．6％（P〈0．05）；联合组在恶心、呕吐、腹胀方面的不良反应明显少于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，采用复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合小承气汤口服用于结肠镜检查前清洁肠道，肠道清洁度与满意度均提高，该方法可减轻病人痛苦，减少药物用量，有利于医师操作和诊断。

This study was to find out an effective and convenient method for bowel preparation before colonoscopy,422 cases who were about to undergo colonoscopic examination were divided into combination group （n = 251） and control group（ n ~ 191）. For bowel preparation, the former was treated with com- pound polyethylene glycol electrolytes powder and Xiaochengqi decoction,while the latter with compound polyethylene glycol electrolytes powder alone. Time for the first bowel movement, the total number of bow- el movements,and the duration from giving medicine to the end of defecation, satisfaction with intestinal cleanliness and adverse reactions were observed. The results showed that the duration from giving medicine to the end of defecation was significantly shorter in combination group, and the rate of satisfaction with in- testinal cleaning was 80.5% ,which was obviously higher than that of control group（69.6%, P 〈0.05） combination group had fewer adverse reactions such as nausea, vomiting ,abdominal distension than control group（ P 〈0.05）. It is concluded that compound polyethylene glycol electrolytes powder plus Xiaochengqi decoction can improve intestinal cleanliness and satisfaction for bowel preparation, and also, it can reduce the suffering of patients,lower drug dose,help physicians to operate easily as well as make a correct diag- nosis.
