摘要 代谢综合征(MS)具有多种动脉粥样硬化(AS)和非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的危险因素,而胰岛素抵抗(IR)是MS重要的病理生理基础。NAFLD和AS为一多因素性疾病,IR、炎症、血脂异常和许多脂肪细胞因子作为危险因子促进AS和NAFLD的发生发展,它们相互作用参与多个病理生理过程。 The metabolic syndrome （MS） is a risk factor for atherosclerosis （AS） and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD）, while insulin resistance （IR） is thought to be the common underlying factor of MS. NAFLD and AS are multifactorial diseases; in which IR, inflammation, dyslipidemia and adipocytokines interacted and involved in the pathogenesis.
