摘要 本文提出一个可提供动态服务质量控制的实时多媒体应用模型 ,该模型将多媒体服务器和Web服务器分离 ,增加了处理多媒体数据的灵活性。客户端采用RTSP协议与多媒体服务器交互信息 ,建立和控制多媒体会话 ,服务器端用RTP协议传输多媒体数据流 ,RTCP协议监视传输服务质量 ,对数据传输率和编码方式进行动态调整 ,减少了网络阻塞和数据丢失率。同时 ,本文给出了在客户端处理实时多媒体信息流的Plug in应用程序框架和服务器端服务质量的控制机制。 This paper specifies a framework of the development of real time multimedia applications providing dynamic control of quality of service. It separates multimedia server from Web server to improve elasticity to deal with multimedia information. Clients adopts RTSP to set up and control multimedia session, Servers adopt RTP to transfer multimedia data,RTCP to monitor multimedia Qos and dynamically modify transmission rate and encode mode, reduce network congestion and data loss. At the same time, this paper specifies a Plug in application framework in Clients dealing with multimedia data stream and an mechanism controlling the quality of the transmission in Servers.
