提出一种基于变换的图象加密算法，该算法通过随机化图象信号的相位谱来实现加密，实验结果表明该加密算法具有很好的保密性．

This paper proposed an image encryption algorithm based on transformation. The encryption image is obtained by randomly changing tile phase spectra of the original image. The experiment shows that this system has a good security properties.
